Retaining your information. We retain your information as long as you maintain a Cypher Zero Inc. user account, or as long as necessary to comply with the law. Please note that deleting or uninstalling the Cypher Zero Inc. application, without deleting your Cypher Zero Inc. user account, will not be enough to delete your information and data from our system. If you want us to delete your information and data from our system please delete your Cypher Zero Inc. account by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. At times, we may have to hold onto your information even after you delete your Cypher Zero Inc. user account to comply with the law.
Request your information. To request a copy of your retained information send an email to email@example.com.
Security. We take several steps to ensure the safety of your information. These steps include the use of server-level encryption, multi-factor authentication, extensive audited logging of all user access to our Services, as well as other best practices in data security. We train and educate our employees on data security and privacy. But, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage facility can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure. Cypher Zero Inc. cannot ensure or guarantee the security of any information transmitted to us, and you do so at your own risk.

5. GOVERNMENT REQUESTS

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
As we improve our Services, we may add to, change, update, or modify this Policy. If you continue to use the Services after that notification , you consent to the new Policy. Cypher Zero Inc. will always have the latest version of this Policy posted on the application.
